William Gilvin appeals his conviction for the first-degree murder of John Hunt and his sentence of death. Finding no merit to any of his challenges to his conviction, we affirm the conviction. We reverse the sentence of death imposed after a jury recommendation of life, however, because applying the test announced in Tedder v.
