Relators Dr. William Elizondo and Oscar Cisneros, president and member of the Board of Trustees of the San Antonio Independent School District, respectively, seek a writ of prohibition to prevent action on a motion for contempt arising from their alleged failure to abide by the judgment in a previous lawsuit.
