Claude A. Dotson, Jr. ("Dotson") brings this 28 U.S.C. § 2254 habeas corpus petition (the "Petition") challenging his Indiana state court conviction. On March 29, 1982 this Court made the threshold determination necessary to grant Dotson leave to file in forma pauperis.
