From a judgment awarding William R. LeBlanc, a real estate developer, $132,950 based on quantum meruit, the defendants Opt, Inc. and Richard Friedberg appeal. Richard Friedberg additionally appeals the trial court decision that the corporate defendant was his alter ego and that he is individually liable. Plaintiff answered the appeal seeking an increase in the award.
