Kenneth D. Barney appeals his conviction for four counts of willful failure to file income tax returns for the tax years 1975, 1976, 1977, and 1978, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7203. Appellant was sentenced to one year on each of Counts III and IV, to run consecutively.
