Proprietors Insurance Company seeks reversal of a summary judgment which established that Yetta Siegel's yacht, the Carole, was covered by Proprietors' $100,000 policy, insuring it against perils of the sea1 and negligence of the charterers,2 when it sank. Our examination of the record before us discloses an absence of genuine issues of material fact; we therefore affirm the trial court's decision...
