OPINION

GONZALEZ, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. The primary question before us is whether amending the motion to revoke probation after the commencement of the evidence is reversible error. We affirm.

The facts are not in dispute. On April 7, 1978, appellant pled guilty to an indictment charging him with burglary of a vehicle. On May 3, 1978, the court deferred further proceedings without an adjudication of guilt and...
