In this appeal, the defendant seeks reversal of his convictions for First Degree Reckless Endangering (11 Del.C. § 604) and the related offenses of Second Degree Conspiracy (11 Del.C. § 512) and Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony (11 Del.C. § 1447) because of misleading jury instructions which implied that the judge had certain discretion in imposing sentence upon a conviction of Possession...
