(Roberts), C & W Manhattan Associates (C & W), Roland Walters, Allied Bank of Texas, and K-Mart Corporation, appeal the judgment of the trial court awarding plaintiffs, Concrete Contractors, Inc. (CCI), and Ideal Construction Service, Inc. (Ideal), damages for defendants' breach of contract and determination that plaintiffs were entitled to a lien upon the subject property.
