Plaintiff, O'Brien Flying Service, Inc., a Louisiana corporation domiciled in Jefferson Davis Parish, sued defendants, Melvin Bell, Melvin R. Bell, and Harold Scott Mills, Jr. on a Thirty-five Thousand Dollar ($35,000.00) promissory note dated September 22, 1978.
