This is an appeal from a summary judgment awarded to appellee Texas Employers' Insurance Association (TEIA) in a worker's compensation case. Appellant originally was awarded an amount exceeding $1,000.00 by the Industrial Accident Board pursuant to a claim based upon the death of her husband, Joshua H.
