The Board of Natural Resources & Conservation (BNRC) granted the Montana Power Company (MPC) permission to construct a 161 KV electrical transmission line from Bozeman to Ennis to Dillon with a 161 KV spur from Ennis to Big Sky. Montana Wilderness Association, Inc. (MWA) and Environmental Information Center, Inc. (EIC) appealed BNRC's decision to the District Court of Lewis & Clark County....
