We granted certiorari to review the decision of the court of appeals in In Re the Marriage of Debora MacMillan Newman and Richard Wenrick Newman, 44 Colo. App. 307, 616 P.2d 982 (1980). We affirm in part and reverse in part. The issue on appeal is the validity and enforceability of an antenuptial agreement executed by the husband and wife the day before they were married in 1975.
