This case involves a matter which is incidental to a medical malpractice claim. Alleging that such a claim had been asserted against them, defendant physicians and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company filed a petition seeking to have the malpractice claimant (Jessie Landry) withdraw the name of Dr. John V.
