Appellant St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company filed this diversity action to compel appellee Continental Casualty Company to contribute a share of St. Paul's previous settlement of a legal malpractice claim. Continental filed a motion for summary judgment, which was granted on February 12, 1980. The Memorandum and Order granting the motion directed Continental to submit a form of Judgment.
