Plaintiff, J & K Computer Systems, Inc., brought this action seeking to recover damages from and enjoin its former employees, Douglas T. Parrish and A. Chris Chlarson, and a corporation formed by them, Dynamic Software Corporation, from using or disclosing certain of plaintiff's confidential computer programs. Parrish counterclaimed for the recovery of $3,000 which he had paid to J & K pursuant to an anti-competitive covenant in an agreement...
