This personal injury action arises out of a boat launching accident. Troy Prestridge, Sr. filed this suit for damages against his son, Troy Prestridge, Jr., and his son's automobile liability carrier, Employers Fire Insurance Company, and his son's boat insurer, Trinity Universal Insurance Company.
