Following a jury trial, James H. Board was convicted of tampering with physical evidence, a violation of § 18-8-610, C.R.S. 1973 (1978 Repl.Vol. 8). He appeals and we affirm.

A grand jury was investigating Board to determine whether he had committed the crime of theft by working for and being paid by the United Bank of Denver as a private security guard at a warehouse at times when he was employed by and being paid by the City and County...
