This disciplinary cause is before us on a Verified Complaint filed by the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission charging Respondent with three counts of misconduct. The Hearing Officer who was appointed and conducted a hearing pursuant to A.D. Rule 23 has submitted his "Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law."
