OPINION

WALTERS, Chief Judge.

Convicted of two counts of distributing marijuana to a minor, one count of trafficking in cocaine with intent to distribute, and one count of receiving stolen property, defendant appeals and presents five issues which he claims require reversal. He has abandoned four other points raised in his docketing statement. State v. Marquez, 96 N.M. 746, 634 P.2d 1298
