This is an appeal pursuant to Fla.R. App.P. 9.130(a)(5) from an interlocutory order setting aside an earlier final judgment of dissolution of marriage. We affirm.

One week after the entry of the initial final judgment, Linda M. Paris (Wife) filed a timely motion to set aside the final judgment, alleging that the settlement agreement was procured through "fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, duress and coercement"
