This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of commercial obscenity. Appellant was charged by information with selling obscene materials. On September 20, 1978, while employed as a clerk at Bellaire News in Harris County, Texas, appellant sold a film entitled "Dream Come True" to Houston police officer C. M. Braun. Having waived jury trial, appellant was found guilty by the court and was sentenced to a fine of $500 and 45 days confinement...
