Defendant Nichols, having waived a jury, was found guilty by the trial court of burglary in the second degree, § 569.170,1 and received a sentence of seven years' imprisonment. Defendant appeals.

Defendant's sole "point relied on" is that the trial court erred in overruling his pretrial motion to suppress certain evidence and in admitting that evidence at the trial for the reason that the evidence was "seized...
