Nagle, Trustee and the Taylor Trust appeal a summary judgment granted in favor of appellees Fred Rizk, Edward Rizk, Carl Gromatsky and Frank F. Davis (defendants below) in a suit to set aside a deed of trust foreclosure sale of the Plantation Apartments located in Houston, Texas, and for damages for wrongful foreclosure.
