This is a workers' compensation case arising out of the death of Paul C. Stone, Jr., who received a fatal gunshot wound on December 26, 1978, while working at an Austin, Texas, discotheque called "The Green House." Stone was a vice-president and director of Marju Enterprises, Inc., which was doing business as "The Green House." On the night of the shooting, he was acting as the night manager of the club, replacing another manager who had ended his employment...
