On June 26, 1980, appellee filed its Complaint and Declaration of Taking, condemning one acre of appellants' 1.6 acre tract of land for construction of a new Ouachita River bridge and approaches. The tract fronts on Lake Hamilton and Highway 70 in Garland County, west of Hot Springs.
