This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of appellee, United Liberty Life Insurance Company, denying recovery on a $60,000.00 life insurance policy. The insured committed suicide and the court held that the two year suicide exclusion applied. The appellant, Lorene Parchman, is the mother of the decedent and the beneficiary of the policy.
