Robert William Eddy was convicted of possessing cocaine with intent to deliver, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The District Court sentenced him to three years in prison plus a special parole term of three years, and we affirmed. United States v. Eddy, 660 F.2d 381 (8th Cir. 1981).
