Defendant Yamada pleaded guilty to a charge of forgery in the second degree. The trial court accepted the guilty plea, sentenced Yamada to two years' imprisonment, ordered him to serve four months of the term, and suspended the remainder. Yamada appealed and the Court of Criminal Appeals, 426 So.2d 903 remanded because of a failure to follow the procedure set forth by the United States Supreme Court in
