This case presents several questions about the construction of the Truth-In-Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq. (TILA), and Regulation Z, promulgated thereunder by the Federal Reserve Board at 12 C.F.R. § 226.1 et seq. The District Court adopted the conclusion of a special master that defendant, Allen Russell Ford, Inc., had in one respect violated the TILA.
