(TILA), and Regulation Z, promulgated thereunder by the Federal Reserve Board at 12 C.F.R. § 226.1 et seq. The District Court adopted the conclusion of a special master that defendant, Allen Russell Ford, Inc., had in one respect violated the TILA.
