Melvin Brown, D.D.S., appeals from a judgment entered in Superior Court, Penobscot County, affirming an order of the Administrative Court which revoked his license to practice dentistry upon finding him incompetent and unskillful within the meaning of 32 M.R.S.A. § 1091(1)(C) (1978), which provides: "The Administrative Court Judge may revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew the license of any dentist for any of the following causes...
