On or about March 5, 1974, plaintiff below/Appellee, Audra Easterling (hereinafter designated "Grantor") and her now deceased husband, Walter Easterling, entered into an oral contract with Grantor's brother, Scott Spear Ferris, now also deceased, to convey approximately 4.85 acres in Johnston County in consideration of a note in the principal amount of $30,000.00 at an interest rate of 6%...
