Plaintiff, a Tennessee resident, commenced this diversity action on November 6, 1981, by filing a complaint with this Court. The complaint alleges that each defendant, all Indiana residents, on or about November 15, 1979, failed to exercise reasonable care when treating Terrance McGee, plaintiff's now deceased three-year-old son, for tonsillitis and other upper respiratory infections.
