This is an appeal by Patricia Kay McGowne Kozik (Mrs. McGowne), who married Mr. Kozik after this action was filed, Jimmy DeWayne McGowne and Ronald Kevin McGowne. The appeal is construed by this Court, as later explained, to be an appeal from a final judgment entered by the District Court on a jury verdict against appellants in favor of appellee Challenge-Cook Bros., Inc.
