HENLEY, Circuit Judge.

Jessee Travis Rouse, a Nebraska state prisoner serving a twenty year sentence for second degree murder, appeals the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

On December 11, 1972 Rouse pleaded guilty to the charge of second degree murder. Before accepting the plea the trial court1 questioned him concerning his understanding of the sentencing procedure.
