In this action for payment of road repair services and materials rendered by plaintiff, F. J. Kent Corp. to defendant, Town of Dillon, plaintiff appeals the granting of summary judgment to defendant. We affirm.

In July 1980, the parties entered into a contract under which plaintiff was to perform certain street improvements in Dillon. The original contract price was $284,396, later reduced to $276,896...
