SCOTT, Judge.

The appellant was convicted of five counts of armed robbery and his punishment was fixed at ten years in the state penitentiary on each count. He was also found to be an habitual criminal and his punishment was enhanced to life imprisonment. Much aggrieved by the verdict, the appellant has presented seven issues for our consideration.
