The appellant, Garland R. Brown, and appellee-cross appellant, Lee W. Brown, are appealing from a judgment rendered by the Allen Circuit Court on June 2, 1980. The court removed Garland and Lee from their respective offices as co-guardians of the persons and estates of their parents, Harold R. and Lottie C. Brown. The court also removed Garland and Lee from their offices as co-trustees of a trust executed by their parents, Harold and Lottie Brown....
