HEFFERNAN, J.

The only issue before the court is the sufficiency of the complaint charging delivery of controlled substances by the defendant Lois A. Townsend, a dental assistant. The trial court found the complaint sufficient, and the court of appeals affirmed. We affirm the decision of the court of appeals.
