OPINION

PER CURIAM:*

This case concerns the unsuccessful attempts of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard ("Shipyard") to dispose of a surplus portal dock crane through a sales contract with plaintiff, Peck Iron and Metal Co., Inc. Eventually, when plaintiff failed to remove the crane from the Shipyard, the contract was terminated and the crane scrapped. Plaintiff sues for breach of contract and the defendant counterclaims for its scrapping...
