We are asked on this appeal to review an order of the district court reviewing, in turn, an order of the bankruptcy court which determined the "net proceeds realized" from the sale of certain properties owned by the bankrupt Riverside Investment Partnership ("Riverside"). The amount of "net proceeds realized" is of consequence because the fee payable by Riverside's trustees in bankruptcy (the "Trustees") to the Referees' Salary and Expense Fund...
