This was an action by appellants against the defendant Bliven, personal representative of the estate of Peter S. Haslebacher, deceased, and Stella Haslebacher, widow of the deceased. The complaint alleged causes of action in contract, unjust enrichment and "corporate alter ego." The case was tried to a jury.
