The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of a remedial order directing Turner Tool and Joint Rebuilders Corporation to cease and desist from certain activities found violative of sections 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and 158(a)(3), and to take certain affirmative steps to effectuate the purposes of the Act.
