Appellant, Sofia Maus, worked as a nurse's aid at the Colonial Nursing Home in San Angelo for thirteen years. She was a dedicated worker who often worked double shifts and took an active interest in the patients. In January 1979, the nursing home was purchased by appellee, National Living Centers.
