On January 7, 1982, the respondent, Andrew A. Bucci, appeared before this court on an order to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in the courts of this state. The basis of the recent hearing was Bucci's 1980 conviction in the Superior Court for the practice of law while under suspension from this court.
