This appeal is from a judgment of the Court of Criminal Appeals affirming appellant's conviction of possession of marijuana with intent to sell. In the trial court, appellant sought to suppress evidence seized by police officers in a raid on appellant's farm. When the motion to suppress was denied, appellant plead guilty to the indictment charging him with possession of marijuana with intent to resell, but reserved the right to test...
