STERNBERG, Justice.

Movant Harold Glen Luttrell was convicted in the Casey Circuit Court of theft by deception as denounced by KRS 514.040 and sentenced to two years' imprisonment. The Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction, and this court granted review on June 8, 1982. On this appeal the only issue raised is whether the trial court erred in denying Luttrell's motion for a directed verdict of acquittal. Because we find no error, we affirm.
