BEVILACQUA, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal and a cross-appeal from a Superior Court judgment awarding damages to the plaintiffs in the amount of $4,500 for certain trees that were cut and carried away from the plaintiffs' property. In White v. LeClerc, R.I., 422 A.2d 1256 (1980), we remanded this case to the Superior Court justice to make findings concerning certain factual and statutory issues involved...
