This case involves the construction of the provisions of the mechanic's lien law dealing with the time within which engineer's and surveyor's liens must be filed. ORS 87.010 et seq. Plaintiff, a licensed engineering and surveying firm, brought suit to foreclose its claimed lien for land surveying performed for defendants.
