WALKER, Justice, for the Court:

Appellee, Jesco, Inc., instituted the proceedings in this case by filing a bill of complaint for discovery and other relief in the Chancery Court of Scott County seeking a money judgment against appellant, Central Grain & Supply Company, Inc., and seeking to establish and enforce a claim for a construction lien against the property of Central Grain upon which a grain receiving and shipping station had been built by Jesco.
